Browsing Session Archiver Firefox

Browsing Session Archiver

Save and restore complete browsing sessions as named snapshots with one click. All data stored locally.

Features & Capabilities

Most people either close tabs or bookmark pages. Neither preserves what you were actually doing — the halfway-filled form, the scrolled position, the constellation of tabs that made sense together for that research topic. Browsing Session Archiver takes a different approach: it saves everything that's open right now as a named snapshot.

Click Save and every tab in the current window is recorded — title, URL, window position. Name it "Research on Kubernetes" or "Friday shopping list." Later, open the popup, find that snapshot by its date or name, and restore every tab with one click.

Snapshots stack up over time. Browse them sorted by date, delete the ones you no longer need, or restore an entire three-week-old session in seconds. Nothing is sent anywhere — all snapshots live in local storage, never transmitted.

Tabs come and go. Sessions shouldn't disappear without a trace.
