User Reviews
I give you 4 stars for two reasons: 1) Your add-on reduces the attack surface of the browser, and this is good! 2) Your add-on is lightweight.
So, why not 5 stars? Because for average users I believe your add-on will be unfriendly.
No, I don't think you need to bloat your add-on with zillions of options, fancy stuff and useless garbage.
Firstly, I think it will be nice to have an icon showing number of stuff blocked per page.
Secondly, also will be nice to have a mini-matrix pop-up (after mouse-clicking on icon), showing what was blocked, and allowing to unblock or whitelist the blocked element (per webpage).
These two suggestions above will allow average users to see what is breaking their webpages, and easily they will be able to deal with webpage breakage.
The current GUI is not terrible, but is impractical, because when stuff breaks, users need to turn off or on each default option, making very difficult to manage webpage breakages.
I tried to open an issue at your GitHub, posting there my two suggestions. But I didn't find your GitHub repo for this add-on. So, sorry for posting here my suggestions.
Thanks a lot for your work!

Is Browser Harden Safe?
Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.
Browser Harden requires some sensitive permissions that could impact your browser and data security. Exercise caution before installing.

Risk likelihood
Risk likelihood measures the probability that a Firefox add-on may turn malicious. This is determined by the publisher and the Firefox add-on reputation on Firefox Add-ons Store, the amount of time the Firefox add-on has been around, and other signals about the Firefox add-on. Our algorithms are not perfect, and are subject to change as we discover new ways to detect malicious extensions. We recommend that you always exercise caution when installing a Firefox add-on.
Browser Harden is probably trust-worthy. Prefer other publishers if available. Exercise caution when installing this add-on.
