Each cursor pack contains two coordinated states:

Pointer cursor — automatically shown over links, buttons and other clickable elements.

Chrome Restrictions

Chrome does not allow extensions to modify some protected browser pages, including chrome:// pages and certain Chrome Web Store pages.
