Breathwork changed Adrian's life, but really good breathwork music in the right rhythm and healing frequencies didn't exist. Adrian decided to compose the music himself. For years he worked on this. It became his passion, resulting in a powerful library of Breathwork Music, which is now exclusively available for you through the Breathwork Music App.

Unlike most apps with timers, beeps or a guided voice, Adrian's music is specially composed to match proven breathing techniques, so you can feel when to inhale, hold, and exhale. Just follow the rhythm of the music. and go even deeper, effortlessly.

The app is very very very straightforward. It functions just like app's you already know, like Spotify, Netflix, Headspace or Meditation Moments. Nothing more, nothing less: A library with music and videos, which you can play. You can also download the content in-app, so you don't need an internet connection, which can be practical if you like to do breathwork in bed and don't want the phone radiation next to your head when you fall asleep.
