The University of São Paulo's official app to support the management of movable assets.

The app aims to offer a mobile solution for asset management activities, including conducting physical inventories and consulting assets within the University. It allows for the quick and secure recording of information on the conservation status and use of movable assets.

Available features:
• Authenticated access with institutional credentials
• Query assets by asset number or barcode scanning
• Inventory with asset conservation status and use records
• Integration with USP corporate systems

The app was developed to strengthen the University's asset management processes, promoting greater efficiency, traceability, and compliance with institutional guidelines.

This is a development by STI for the Finance Department of the USP Rector's Office.
