PerfectGest ContábilGest

PerfectGest ContabilGest is the Brazilian app for MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur) and ME (Microenterprise) under the Simples Nacional tax regime to organize cash books, payroll, income tax, and month-end closing on Android — with the option of sending encrypted files for verification by a CRC accountant.

IMPORTANT
The app supports self-accounting and does not, by itself, replace the supervision of a licensed accountant when required by law. You are responsible for the data entered and must verify payslips, PDFs, and communications before using. Tax estimates in the basic plans are for guidance only.

FLOW WITH CRC ACCOUNTANT (eligible plans)
1) Closes the month in the app
2) Sends the encrypted package (AES-256) for analysis
3) Monitors pending items and messages from the accountant
4) When the file is active, generates the digital ZIP (device + cloud) and keeps the physical receipts

After reinstalling the device, use "Receive package from accountant" in Closing (CNPJ) to relink the file to the current UID and generate the ZIP on the accountant's response card.
