Official app for subscribers of internet providers using the Prov platform. Manage all your provider issues from your mobile phone — without calling customer service and without third-party apps.

Invoices and PIX — view all invoices, download the payment slip in PDF, copy the PIX code and scan the QR Code to pay in seconds.
Support tickets — open a ticket describing the problem, track responses and receive notifications when support replies.
Connection status — know in real time if you are online, for how long, assigned IP and session traffic.
Speed ​​test — measures download and upload directly against Cloudflare's infrastructure, with history of the last 5 minutes.
Network configuration — when available from the provider, adjust the Wi-Fi name and password, DHCP range and see connected devices.
Push notifications — invoice alerts, due dates, ticket responses and changes in connection status.

We only collect the minimum necessary data: CPF or CNPJ (to identify your provider), password (for authentication), text of support tickets (when you open a support ticket), and device identifier (for push notifications).

The app does not access location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone. No data is shared with third parties or with Encimar — it remains restricted to your provider. There is no tracking for advertising purposes.

All communication travels via TLS. Passwords are stored with bcrypt hash; the CPF/CNPJ used to identify the provider is kept only as a SHA-256 hash with salt.

How to get started
Download the app and enter your CPF or CNPJ on the initial screen.

The app automatically identifies your provider.
Log in with the same password as the subscriber portal.

If you don't already have a password, request it from your provider through their usual customer service channels.
