The capture made directly in the equipment's MIB allows accurate and instantaneous data, allowing greater control of the installed park, as well as the increase of proactive attendances made by the monitoring part and its indicators.

With MFPMANAGER ®, we are able to see the real-time operation of the equipment in real time, thus enabling remote service of first level calls, solving over 60% of calls without the need for technical displacement.

In this solution we also have the production visibility of each department, equipment and user, whether copied, printed and digitized demands.
