Mandaká

Mandaká is located in the municipality of Nova Boa Vista/RS, in the north of the state of Rio Grande de Sul, and started its activities in 1995. Wlademir Pedro Dallbosco started his business with the acquisition of dairy cows that produced a reasonable amount of milk.

With this milk production and a few other nearby producers, he started making cheese, with an initial production of one hundred kilos a day, which were produced by hand, with the work of only one employee, in a small facility built with his own resources. Believing that the dairy sector would be a good business, he gradually expanded his factory and acquired machinery and equipment necessary for the production of products.

Mandaká currently processes more than 200,000 liters of milk daily. With more than 120 employees, 40 dairy products are currently manufactured. Mandaká, throughout its history, values ​​the main responsible for its success: people. Both the company's more than 500 partner producers who receive incentives to increase milk production and quality, with differentiated receipt programs and equipment and cow financing for producers, as well as all its direct and outsourced employees who receive constant qualifications and opportunities to grow and develop your potential within the company itself.
