- Access your WORKOUTS: information about exercises, loads, repetitions, execution tips and workout expiration. Also check your physical assessment whenever you want.

- Check the AGENDA of classes: check-in, check schedules, reserve a seat in the room and, if the class you want is full, get notified as soon as there is space available!

- Interact with teachers and colleagues, through TIMELINE, posting photos and messages.
