Gostaria que fosse analisado para incluir o processo de bloqueio do plano pelo app, sem precisar acionar pelo whats e ainda mais ter que assinar termo no papel Digo isto porque existe. concorrente que já tem isto há um bom tempo, mas o app da AD3 é ainda superior mas pode melhorar mais Outro ponto é completar os vídeos de treinos, isto ajuda os iniciantes

it guides the workout and helps in the control that what we already did. It would be good to have an option to register the number of series we already did.
