In a simple way, the citizen can carry his RG from the State of Acre on his cell phone. For this, it is necessary to have an ID issued from 10/19/2018, the date on which the new ID card was implemented with a QR Code printed on the back. Just use the app to read the QR Code printed on the back of the document and validate your biometric data to generate your digital document. Important:

- To use the Digital ID, the physical ID must have the QR Code on the back;

- To request a copy of the physical ID, it is necessary to collect the issuance fee in advance;

- The Digital RG is a secure and valid document throughout Brazil.
