The Vale Saúde APP® Business Prepaid Card is part of a Business Support Program for Workers' Health (PAEST) developed to provide differentiated service to company employees and their dependents, through initiatives that seek to improve physical and psychological conditions of its collaborators. Concerning not only about the worker's health, but also improving the health of their family is the greatest demonstration of consideration and respect on the part of the Company for the dedication and performance of this worker... The Vale Saúde APP® Business Prepaid Card is not a type of “health care plan or health plan”, but rather an operational service with the companies' HR departments, providing benefits to employees and their dependents. It does not guarantee and is not responsible for the services offered by healthcare service providers that participate as partners, nor does it guarantee a discount on all services that are obligatorily guaranteed by Health Plans, nor does it offer any coverage or guarantees for treatments and/or procedures. . There is no coverage for health risks or care, assistance or treatments in urgent and emergency situations and clinical, surgical, laboratory procedures, hospitalizations, surgeries, among others, but only provides means for granting discounts and/or possibilities for reductions in payments made directly by the user to the partner provider of the Vale Saúde APP® Business Prepaid Card.

The administration and management system of the Vale Saúde APP® Card, as it is Business, allows users (employees and dependents) to pay reduced amounts for outpatient services (for example, consultations), as it allows private companies can help their employees and dependents with the expenses for such services, through top-ups/investments on the Card.
