eSaúde Cidadão is the official app for municipalities that use the TWI Tecnologia e Gestão de Sistemas health management system to connect citizens to their public health services quickly, practically, and securely.

With eSaúde Cidadão you can:
* Check your scheduled and completed medical appointments
* Verify your complete Vaccination Card
* Track your exams and view reports in PDF format
* See your position on the Waiting List (regulation)
* Access your medical prescriptions
* Chat directly with your municipality's health team
* Send images, documents, and audio in the chat
* Receive notifications of new messages and health services

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Your data is protected by authentication via CPF with OTP via SMS.

Only the citizen and the accredited and authorized health team of the municipality have access to the information.

REQUIREMENT: available only for municipalities that use TWI Tecnologia e Gestão de Sistemas management systems.
