SINDBank Loyalty Program

SINDBank offers a rewarding loyalty program through the SindCard app, where users earn points by registering, making purchases, referring friends, and sharing the program. Upon registration, members immediately receive 100 points. Every actual purchase earns 1 point, and referring a friend who makes their first purchase grants you 10% of that purchase price in points. Additionally, users can gain up to 2 points daily by using the "Share and Earn Points" feature within the app.

Redeem and Manage Points

Members can redeem accumulated points for products or discounts once the minimum points threshold is reached. To redeem, participants must provide their identification and CPF and secure a voucher number. Points used for redemptions are promptly updated in the system. Points are valid for a specified period after the last purchase, incentivizing consistent engagement. Users are encouraged to keep their profiles updated and monitor their point balances to take advantage of available rewards.
