Aniel Touch is a Chrome extension developed by Synapse designed to streamline the field technician's workflow. It enables technicians to digitally perform service termination tasks by logging used materials and serial numbers of both installed and removed equipment.

This tool offers real-time updates on material consumption and technician balances, allowing for intelligent resource replacement. Additionally, it provides the Operations Center with monitoring capabilities of technician activities and routes using background location tracking.
