Route Security

APP Route Security is a solution aimed at customers looking to optimize security, communication and internal processes.
To use it, the user must be a registered customer on our platforms.
Below are the features of the application:

Panic or Emergency Button:
- If the "Button" is pressed for 2 seconds, the ALERT signal is sent to our IOC (Integrated Operations Center - 24 hours) and the Route Monitoring Operator will immediately start the Crisis Response Management. It is possible to view the images of the location and map of the location of the shot for confirmation of counter-response, in the event of any divergence the PCE (Emergency Call Plan) will be activated.

Remote Concierge and Access Control:
- Tool is integrated with the access control system of condominiums and companies
- You can send and receive various alerts and messages
- Updates your records (Residents and Vehicles) of the unit
- Schedules a new Visitor or Service Provider, authorizes their entry and knows when their arrival and release on site has been recorded
- Receive information that the battery of your gate remote control is low
- You are notified when an order arrives for you
- Plate rotation alert (City of São Paulo)
- Messages from the landlord, janitor and doorman
- It is possible to generate your own access QR Code or send QR Code to speed up your visits (specific hardware required).

Consultations and registration are also carried out:
- Input and output query. Ex.: Know what time your child got home from school
- Visitor and visited reports
- Internal incident reports
- Opening of occurrences (Suggestion, Complaint, etc.)
- Reservations of common areas (barbecue, party room, etc.)
