REME Project – Breathe Better
REME (Breathe Better) is a system created to help patients with respiratory diseases have closer and more organized monitoring of their treatment.

It also facilitates the work of doctors and administrators at the clinic or hospital.

What is the objective?

- To have patients record daily how they are feeling, through a quick questionnaire on their cell phone.

- To allow doctors to monitor the evolution of each patient's symptoms.

- To ensure that the clinic has clear and organized reports, showing who is adhering to the treatment, which symptoms are worsening, and which medications are being used.
