Lucena+

Lucena+ is the official app for the loyalty program of partner gas station networks. With it, you can track your participation in the program, view your benefits balance, participate in campaigns, and easily use vouchers in your daily life.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Register and securely access your account.

• View your balance and loyalty program rules.

• Browse promotions and offers when available from the network.

• Generate and track vouchers according to active campaigns.

• Participate in program mechanics (such as referrals, check-ins, or other features available from the network), when enabled.

• Locate and learn about partner gas stations.

• Receive notification alerts (if you allow it) about the program and relevant news.

PAYMENTS

When the network offers voucher purchases or payment flows (for example, via PIX or other methods indicated in the app), instructions and conditions appear on the payment screens themselves.

PRIVACY AND SUPPORT

The processing of personal data follows the Privacy Policy published by the network, at a public URL. If you have any questions, please use the support channel indicated in the app or on the store page.

An internet connection is required to use the online functions. Some content may be unavailable without a network connection.
