Paccar Parts, together with RAV PRO, has established a new level in its relationship with DAF customers, who take trucks for repairs on the network.

It is an online platform that aims to completely digitize the service process at dealerships, from reception to delivery of the truck, with a focus on agility, transparency and reliability with the customer, going even further.

It will be present in the dealership's operations to promote the standardization of processes and the aggregate sale of parts and services.
