ProCred Vida brings together in one place access to your benefits club, telemedicine, plan contract, documents, schedule, family assistance, and support.

With the app, you can view your plan information, access documents, view your contract, track your schedule, and initiate an online consultation when available under your contracted benefit.

The app uses the camera and microphone only during online consultations. Access to the app is protected by login, and data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

ProCred Vida does not replace in-person medical care for urgent or emergency situations. In serious situations, seek in-person care or appropriate emergency services.
