2024-05-02	Ro*****	Great idea, poor execution in my experience. I brought my dog to the store with the expectation it would work, but failed. I did get a quick initial support response, but no follow up. Not ready for prime time. My biggest fear after the failure that I experienced is that there would be an issue in getting your dog OUT of the unit.
