I just lost access to the software on my pos and also found out I was logged out on my phone. Has the Nex app been hacked? This is a very sad development for my business. I can't even reach customer care as well.

basic features and function is good. the ui is good. there should be an option to change currency and also monitoring of materials used per serving of an item like food etc.
