The MATEC OS app is an application connected to citizens, municipalities, and operational teams on a single modern, practical, and secure platform.

Now, citizens can use the app to open service orders (OS) directly with their municipality (see participating municipalities), track requests in real time, and check the progress of services quickly and easily.

For MATEC employees, the app maintains all operational functionalities in the field, allowing them to track service orders, record photos and evidence, complete checklists, report operational risks, and update the status of activities in real time.

All this with an intuitive, integrated experience designed to ensure greater agility, transparency, and efficiency in the provision of public services.
