The Metasix Customer Service app is the mobile extension of the CUBE platform's customer service module, allowing users already registered in the system to access and manage their customer service directly from their mobile phones.

Designed for operators and customer service teams, the app enables the management of interactions with citizens in an agile and centralized way, maintaining service continuity even outside the desktop environment.

Main functionalities:
Access to the CUBE customer service module via mobile device

Receiving and responding to customer service requests via chat

Real-time tracking of requests

Registration of requests made by citizens

Notifications about new interactions

Important:
Access to the app is restricted to users previously registered on the CUBE platform. It is not possible to create an account directly through the app.
