Flow - app de escala

Flow is the Church of Flow's app for organizing schedules, ministries, and internal team communication. Designed so that leaders and volunteers can keep track of what they need to know about the week's services from anywhere, at any time.

• My Schedule — view all your upcoming schedules and confirm attendance with one tap
• Weekly Services — complete schedule, with notes, music, and references
• Ministries — know which ministries you are affiliated with and who your leadership is

• Smart Notifications — you are notified by push, email, and within the app itself whenever you are scheduled, receive reminders 3 days, 1 day, and 2 hours before the service, and never miss any important communication
• Announcements — general and service-specific announcements, read directly in the app
• Offline Mode — main screens work without internet, with automatic caching,
useful for those who arrive early at church with a weak signal
• Monthly Calendar — all church events in one place
• Reports — participation by member, by ministry, and even birthdays of the month
• Custom Theme — each user chooses their visual palette

— ABOUT THE FLOW CHURCH —

Flow was developed by the Flow Church (PIBAC) for its own management and
has been in active use since 2026. The app is free for church members and
volunteers.
