Fleeto

Fleeto is the field app for companies that deliver and produce on demand. It connects the driver on the road and the warehouse operator to the same operation, in real time, without spreadsheets or WhatsApp groups to control the day.

IMPORTANT: This is a restricted access corporate application. Downloading the app does not grant access. Your company needs an active Fleeto subscription and must create its own account. There is no public registration or individual use.

FOR THE DRIVER

The driver opens the app and sees the day's route already ordered, with the sequence of stops defined by the route planner. Each delivery shows the complete address, the customer, and the order number, and a tap opens navigation in the mobile phone's map application.

Proof of delivery is done at the delivery point itself: the driver takes photos of the delivered cargo, collects the recipient's signature on the screen with their finger, and records the name of the person who received it. The exact location at the time of completion is attached to the receipt. All of this information goes into the system instantly, and the company monitors the progress without needing to call the driver.

When something goes wrong, the driver registers the failure with the reason and a photo of the incident, without needing to improvise. Deliveries that need to be divided can be broken down directly in the app. Before heading out on the road, they fill out the daily vehicle checklist, including oil, water, tires, brakes, lights, documents, and fuel levels, and can report any defects found with photos and severity levels.

FOR THE PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Each sector of the warehouse has its own work queue. The operator enters and sees only what is theirs: picking, internal transport, cutting, or packaging. No searching for their task among others'.

Orders appear organized by deadline and priority, with the items, quantities, and what each one requires. In picking, the operator reports the quantity found of each item; When materials are missing, the system automatically breaks down the order, advances what has been separated, and keeps the rest pending, noting what is missing.

There is also a consolidated view, which groups the same product from several orders and shows the total to be separated at once, reducing back-and-forth trips through the stockroom. Once the step is completed, the order automatically advances to the next sector, and whoever is next in line sees it in the queue.

WHAT THE COMPANY GAINS

End-to-end traceability: the order enters production, goes through the sector, goes out on the route, and returns with a photo, signature, and geolocation. Routes are optimized considering work windows, vehicle weight, and volume. Proof of delivery replaces paper receipts and resolves delivery disputes in seconds. And visibility of the day without phone calls: those in the office see the same information as the driver and operator.

ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

Fleuto is sold to companies by subscription. The credentials for each driver and operator are created by the contracting company. PERMISSIONS AND DATA

The application uses the camera to record delivery receipts, evidence of unsuccessful deliveries, and photos of the vehicle checklist. Location is only used at the time of delivery completion to create the receipt; it is not accessed in the background. Data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
