mhob Field Service allows advanced management of OS – Service Orders for field activities, such as support, configuration, repair, repair and maintenance of equipment.
You can open new OS – Service Orders or automatically receive responsibility for OS – Service Orders opened by the back office team.

It can also make notes relating to repair, repair, maintenance and overhaul activities, and collect the customer's signature upon acceptance of services.
