FIC Brasile

The Associazione Estera Brasile of the Italian Federation of Chefs is an official entity in Brazil representing FIC Italy, recognized by WACS (World Association Chefs Society), responding to the same statute and guidelines, operating throughout the national territory

FIC Brasile remains firm in its purpose of bringing the fundamentals of traditional Italian cuisine to young people, through Lectures, Workshops and Participations in Professional Training Schools, Television Programs and Gastronomic Events, in addition to recognizing and honoring the great names of gastronomy in Brazil
