This application is for the exclusive use of Embaré milk transporters. It is possible to register which vehicle will transport milk. The milk transporter, when collecting milk from the farm, records how much milk was placed in the truck and in which compartment, to allow traceability. During collection, the transporter must record the temperature of the milk at which it is being collected, what is the measurement of the ruler, what is the identifier of the quality sample for future analysis, what is the result of the alizarol test, in which it is allowed to collect the milk only if it is compliant. If there is more than one milk producer who put milk in the same tank, what is the quantity of milk from each producer. The entire registration process can be carried out offline, as farms rarely have access to the internet. When arriving at the factory to unload the milk, it is necessary to synchronize the data with the server so that this data can be used in the next internal steps.
