Econdomi is a platform that integrates access to cameras, access controllers, intercom, offering the ease, economy and privacy of an autonomous concierge.

In addition to providing complete management of all residents and accesses, including guest management via Qrcode (single or recurring). It solves the security problem and reduces the expenses with concierge.

The System is modular offering social options such as:

- Complete communication (warnings, notifications, manager chat, chat between residents, calls between residents and concierge),

The company also has its own technology hardware for managing shared-use bicycles. All this integrated in the same application!
