Deep Portaria

IMPORTANT: To use the APP, the condominium must have the DEEP Ordinance access control software.

The Deep Portaria application is a solution aimed at condominiums that seek to optimize security, communication and internal processes.

The tool is integrated with the condominium's access control system.

You can receive several alerts and messages:

- A new visitor has been registered to access your unit.

- Your remote control battery is low.

- An order has arrived for you.

- Plate rotation alert (SP)

- Messages from the property manager, caretaker and doorman.


It is also possible to carry out consultations and registrations.

- Input and output consultation. Ex: Find out what time your child arrived from school.

- Visitor and visit reports

- Internal occurrence reports

- Opening of incidents (Suggestion, Complaint, etc.)

- Reservations of common areas (BBQ, party room, etc.)
