Horrível. App e sites confusos. Você tenta marcar uma consulta e não consegue de tão perdido que fica pois o APP só serve para ver as apólices e que outros seguros eles oferecem. O site só mostra propaganda do produto sem dedicar uma parte para o atendimento ao usuário já cadastrado. Você tem que bancar a Dora Aventureira para encontrar as coisas por aqui. Já faz mais de um mês que tentei me consultar e não consegui até hoje pois o aplicativo para vídeo chamadas é horrível.Vou ter que cancelar
