Bahiagás Virtual is the redesigned official app for customers, rebuilt from scratch to be faster, safer, and more intuitive. The new UI delivers streamlined access to essential services and contracts, all in one place.

Key features include password recovery via registered email, single login for all contracts tied to the CPF/CNPJ, downloading Membership Agreements and Debt Settlement Statements, viewing and downloading the last 12 invoices, barcode access on-device, and secure messaging with attachments. It also provides quick routes to Customer Service, Emergency, Ombudsman, Online Chat, and in-person service, plus flexible registration data updates (email, phone, digital invoicing, due date, password, and consent) with email confirmations for security.
