The APP VSG PORTARIA REMOTA is a solution aimed at customers who seek to optimize security, communication and internal processes, providing greater reliability and speed to the various processes of service of the Ordinance, covered by the available tools.
VSG Remote Concierge Application Term of Service:
INTERNET USE
To access all the features of the VSG Remote Concierge Application, your smartphone must be connected to internet services.
USER LOGIN
Only users with a RESIDENT registration in the VSG Remote Concierge service system will be able to login to the VSG Remote Concierge Application.
VSG REMOTE ORDINANCE APPLICATION TOOLS
The VSG Remote Ordinance Application provides its users with the tools listed below:
1. The user will be able to access in real time, the live image of the cameras of the Remote Concierge system VSG, arranged in the condominium. The viewing of images is restricted to one camera at a time, and only live images. The quality of image transmission is proportional to the quality of internet access, from the mobile device used for access.
2. The user will have access to all the registration data of all users registered in Swabunidase (divided into the categories RESIDENTS, VISITORS and EMPLOYEES), as well as the linked vehicles.
3. The user will have access to the portal to make complaints, suggestions and compliments, and he must enter all the information requested by the Application, in order to compose the data necessary to handle the demand.
4. The portal will send push notifications to the user, and the user may block this function on his device.
