Acone ACE - Agente Endemias

Acone ACE is the official application to support the Endemic Disease Control Agent (ACE) in their daily health surveillance work.

It is intended exclusively for municipalities and health agencies that have a contract/partnership with Acone. It is not an application for the general public nor for use outside the authorized network.

What you can do:
• Choose the state or municipality (server) where you work
• Log in with your ACE operator user
• Organize the territory into blocks, sides, and households
• Register and update households (including field data)
• Fill out endemic disease forms in the household
• Synchronize data with the server (manually or in the background)
• Generate visit reports with statistics and PDF

Supported forms and endemic diseases:
• Dengue, Zika, and Chikungunya
• Malaria
• Leishmaniasis
• Chagas disease
• Schistosomiasis
• Synanthropic animals

Who it's for:
• Endemic Disease Control Agents
• Health surveillance teams working in the territory
• Only municipalities/clients with an active contract with Acone and access to the system

What is needed:
• Acone contracting municipality with enabled environment/server
• ACE registration and profile in the system
• Login with authorized user
• Internet connection required for login and synchronization

Acone ACE does not replace clinical records and is not intended for patients. Its purpose is to support the field work of the Endemic Disease Control Agent in Acone's partner municipalities, with organized records and secure synchronization of information.

If your municipality does not yet have a contract with Acone, please contact the city hall/health department or Acone for information on joining.
