This extension will help you detect if a user has been verified by subscribing to Twitter™ Blue. The verified icon will be swapped out to whatever emoji you choose to replace it with. This could help protect you from an account that is Twitter™ Blue Verified user and pretending to be someone else.

Helps with the confusion of the twitter blue checks... Would appreciate the option to remove verified badges completely from users who aren't actually verified, but am grateful this extension exists at all.

As a fellow chrome extension hobbyist dev, I wanted to make something like this but checked the chrome store first. I'm glad I did because I probably would have gone down a deep rabbit hole and wouldn't have been able to make something as good as this. It works really well. Users of this extension can easily identify reputable Twitter accounts yet again. Great work!
