2024-12-24	ta*****	Измамници. 2 години след като сме ползвали апликацията, те ни таксуват 14.99 без никакво известие. Аз имах и допълнителна такса от 12.99, а сега не мога да вляза в приложението да си изтрия картата, защото дава грешка, че номерът е грешен, а не е. Измамници. От пост във фейсбук групата им става ясно, че са въвели годишен абонамент за 14.99. Никой не ме е известил и от къде са тези допълнителни 12.99?

2023-08-14	Al*****	I would give 0 stars if that was an option. So I decided to try the scooter for the first time. And after paying and finding a scooter with battery and located on a right place, I started it, gave it a few tries, but it did not run. I stopped it for a moment to see why its not running (meanwhile even though i had stopped it through the app, i was still getting charged for literally nothing). I stopped it entirely and asked for a refund through mail since it wasn't my fault - no answer or help !

2023-07-15	Ad*****	What the f was that scam, you have zero support i try to call and email and there is nothing I'm going to challenge this with my bank, you killed my scooter aid to go back to a zone but don't even let it run so I have to push for kilometers even when I'm in the zone. Continuing to charge me, no wonder there is a mandatory top up. I am completely challenging these charges i have no idea what that will be

2023-07-11	De*****	The scooters has labels that advertise flase prices, lower from the app ones. (0.25 vs 0.35 per min). Buggy app. It also requires money deposit. The whole experience is much worse compared to competitor Lime, while costing the same.
