I'm not sure why this is still not out there-! It has an amazing UI and it's very simple and easy to use. No tutorial needed. This extension ticks all the boxes for a neat UI and tagging bookmarks. It is also very quick and responsive. Is it possible to have: 1- capitalized tag names? 2- Ability to pin certain tags? 3- Multi-Select Actions such as batch delete, tag, move, edit? 4- Ability to export/import tags & Bookmarks?
