Place bookmarks into specific folders based on url regex matches

Note The bookmark IDs seem to stay the same, even when moving a bookmark folder. yay :)

Usage:

add regex-folderId mappings on the option page
click the toolbar button on a page which matches a rule
bookmark of the page will be created in the specified folder

Notes:

Permissions:
- activeTab, to access the current tab url
- menus, to add context menu to copy bookmark folder Id
- storage, to save the rules/mappings
- bookmarks, to create the bookmark
- clipboardWrite, to copy the bookmark folder id into the clipboard
This add-on tries to use the minimal number of required permissions to successfully fullfill its intended purpose. If you think this could be improved please let me know by opening an issue and i will try to look into it.
