HLS + MPEG-DASH Manifest File Viewer is a Chrome extension that allows you to view HLS (m3u8) or MPEG-DASH (mpd) manifest files with syntax highlighting directly in your Chrome browser. It eliminates the need to manually download the manifest file and open it in a text editor. The extension blocks the download when the manifest file is requested and parses and displays it instead. It also provides syntax highlighting and definition links to ietf.org draft documentation. To download the manifest file, simply click on the source URL at the top of the page. The extension also conveniently links resources within the manifest file for easy testing of different parts.
