The main motive to start mobile app is to protect the economic, physical and social interests of the workers through various labour acts. Labour-oriented organization contributes to worker interest and industrial development by harmonizing between workers and management. Labour department enforces various worker regulations, regulate the conditions of service of workers, ensure the wages and work of workers, and resolve industrial disputes and establish industrial peace.
