Question Monitor for Stack Exchange is a Chrome extension that tracks relevant unanswered questions on the Stack Exchange network. You can select the networks and tags you want to monitor and receive notifications whenever a new question is posted on those tags. The extension also allows you to browse the pending questions easily through the browser action.

Not sure why it only supports the Stack Overflow, User Experience, and Game Development networks. Would be a useful tool otherwise
