Today something is very wrong. I reposted a few ads and the wrong ads were posted. It happened to every one over a period of about 30 minutes. I've never seen that before. Sometimes there are errors as Kijiji thinks it's a repeat. This may be solved by waiting a little longer before posting after deleting the previous ad. When I do it manually I notice that too. It seems to work better with at least 30 seconds. There's no rush. Maybe give people the option of a longer wait between deletion and reposting. This extension doesn't work at all with Wanted ads. I realize these are a small percentage but this is the best way to get good deals if you don't want to scavenge the website all day and night. You do have to be very patient and you will get contacted by people looking to unload hot merchandise but they are pretty easy to spot as they are usually impatient, devoid of knowledge on the object they're selling, and in a rush to sell really fast. And if you use texting much, they are usually rather illiterate. Also there are scammers who will contact you from far away that will send you the money and you send them the items. Of course there will be some sort of problem with the payment but that won't happen til after you send it. So deal only locally in cash. And watch out for counterfeit cash as that's starting again. If it's a major purchase bring along the denominations they will pay you in so you can compare. Or get them to withdrawal it from an ATM right in front of you. Or go into a bank and let the teller check the cash for you.
