Great idea but not executed to it's full potential. As a recruiter, I am moving quite fast and would like to see this extension automatically pull data from the candidate profile instead of having to manually input things.

Absolutely trash sourcing extension. Among other issues, no information can be automatically imported into Pinpoint by being parsed from the LinkedIn page – it's nothing like the Gem or Teamable or Greenhouse or Lever extensions. Honestly kind of an embarrassment to Pinpoint that this is their Chrome extension.
