You define what belongs in your digital environment. BlockerDOOM enforces it across YouTube, search and social feeds — on-device.

Features & Capabilities

BlockerDOOM is a fully configurable content-filtering and focus-management extension — not a single-purpose "porn blocker," but a system for building an internet aligned with your own goals. Everything is opt-in: a fresh install has nothing enabled and nothing pre-populated, you decide what gets filtered.

Independent modules, mix and match: BlockerDOOM is a fully configurable content-filtering and focus-management extension — not a single-purpose "porn blocker," but a system for building an internet aligned with your own goals. Everything is opt-in: a fresh install has nothing enabled and nothing pre-populated, you decide what gets filtered.

Independent modules, mix and match:

  • Adult Content — known adult sites, keyword filtering, and on-device OCR that reads text inside thumbnails/images
  • Violence Filter — crime, gore, and execution-type content across sites, search, and social feeds
  • News Filter — hide specific news outlets by domain or keyword (off by default)
  • AI Filter — hides Google's AI Overview / AI Mode box before it even flashes on screen
  • YouTube — Home, Search, Subscriptions, Shorts, related videos, and comments, matched by title, channel name, or OCR'd thumbnail text
  • Websites — any domain you add is blocked at the network level
  • Focus Mode — tasks, a Pomodoro timer, and automatic blocking of distracting sites during a work session
  • Statistics — daily/weekly dashboards of what got blocked (hostname and category only, never full URLs)

Runs entirely on your device. No server, no analytics, no accounts, no ads. Your rules and activity never leave your browser except to sync across your own signed-in devices, the same way bookmarks sync.
