This is an extension for the www.blauwwit.be phpBB forum which has a friends and foes feature. This feature allows you to add forum users to the foes list and by doing that, posts of these users are hidden when browsing the forum.

The one big complaint is that posts from foes that are quoted are NOT hidden. This extension shows the foes lists from www.blauwwit.be in the extension window and also hides quotes from users on the foes list. An added bonus is that you can also ignore posts themselves.
