IPeva was created by researchers from the Biodiversa Institute, based on several research expeditions carried out at Peva. The app was designed and developed to provide an interactive and educational experience for Peva visitors. With it, you can explore the region's rich fauna and flora in a practical and intuitive way, accessing detailed information about animals, plants and ecosystems directly on your cell phone.

How does it work?
During your visit to Peva, you will find signs along the trails. Just point your phone's camera at the QR code on the plates and the app will display exclusive content, such as:
High-quality photos of species and landscapes;
- Videos showing the behavior of animals in their natural habitat;
- Audios with the sounds of local fauna, including bird songs and anuran vocalizations (toads and frogs).

What will you find in the app?
The application offers a true immersion in Peva's biodiversity, with information on:
- Mammals found in the reserve, such as anteaters and capuchin monkeys;
- Birds of different species;
- Anurans (toads, frogs and tree frogs) and their incredible songs;
- Native plants, including centuries-old trees and medicinal species;
- Landscapes that reveal the types of local ecosystems, captured in beautiful images and scientific explanations about their geological, ecological and historical relevance.
