התוסף נחשב לשימושי ואפקטיבי ללימוד מילים והכנה לפסיכומטרי, לפי המשתמשים. עם זאת, ישנן בעיות חוזרות בנוחות השימוש, בעיקר בקושי להסיר את הפירושים של מילים מודגשות, בעיות בפילטרים ואיטיות בסינכרון. חלק מהמשתמשים דיווחו גם על תקלות חמורות כמו אי-אפשרות להסיר את התוסף באופן תקין.

מאוד אהבתי, אבל ברגע שאני עובר עם העכבר על מילה שמודגשת, אני לא יכול להוריד את הפירוש וזה מפריע לי לקרוא אחר כך. תוכלו לגרום לזה שהפירוש ירד בלחיצת כפתור או אם אני מעביר את העכבר זה ירד? תודה
