What is Chromite Butler?

'Chromite Butler' is a Chrome extension specifically designed to aid chromium developers. It helps them monitor file reviews by showing which files have been reviewed or are still pending. Furthermore, it suggests potential reviewers for files that do not have an owner-reviewer yet. Chromite Butler also enhances the buildbot UI to display blame-list and list of failures for a specific bot while also linking changed files for a specific run in a buildbot.

Note: this seems to be broken currently (probably by polymer upgrade), which made me realize how much I rely on this to be effective. I'm doing a lot of reviews, and this tool is super helpful (allows me to see which CLs have already been approved by who). The ownership features are also super useful (owner list and file by file coverage).
